Bird Feeder
As part of our unit, we decided to feed our local birds...
We smeared peanut butter on pine cones and
rolled them in birdseed.
We made four. We hung them in trees around our school.
Can you find them?

SPCA Visit
We had an informative and exciting visit from
Merryn and Richard from SPCA, Canterbury.
They brought a dog called Bugsy
and Vinnie a black and white guinea pig
with his special mate Otro (a Spanish word meaning 'other').
We learned guinea pigs need a mate to be sure not to be lonely!
We were allowed to pat all the pets. Lucky us!
